ALL-ON-X DENTAL IMPLANTS
Full-Mouth Dental Implants for Failing or Missing Teeth
All-on-X, or full mouth dental implants, use 4-6 strategically placed implants to support a full arch or natural-looking, fixed teeth. Enjoy the confidence to eat, speak and smile again.

WHAT IS ALL-ON-X?
All-on-X is a term commonly used to describe a full-mouth dental implant solution that replaces an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using strategically placed implants.
Unlike traditional dentures, the restoration is secured to implants placed in the jawbone, creating a stable foundation for improved function, comfort and long-term oral health.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many implants will I need?
The number of implants needed depends on your individual anatomy, bone quality, and treatment goals. Many full-arch restorations are supported by four to six implants, but every treatment plan is customized. During your consultation, we will use 3D imaging to determine the best solution for your smile.
What if I have bone loss?
Bone loss does not automatically prevent you from receiving dental implants. Many patients with reduced bone volume are still candidates for All-on-X treatment. In some cases, bone grafting may be recommended to help create a stable foundation for long-term success. During your consultation, we will use 3D imaging to evaluate your bone structure and discuss the best treatment options for your individual needs.
Will I receive teeth the same day?
Our patients received a fixed, temporary restoration the day after surgery, allowing you to have a functional and natural-looking smile.
How long does the entire process take?
For most patients, implant placement is completed during a single surgical appointment. Following surgery, you will return the next day to receive your temporary set of teeth and for a post-operative evaluation with your doctor.
Over the next several months, the implants heal and integrate with the jawbone, creating a stable foundation for your final restoration. During this time, you’ll return for a series of follow-up visits as we monitor your progress and guide you through each phase of treatment.
Once healing is complete, your final teeth are delivered and customized for long-term comfort, function, and aesthetics.
For most patients, the entire process takes approximately four to six months from surgery to final restoration.
Can I replace only one arch?
Yes. All-on-X can be used to replace a full upper arch, a full lower arch, or both arches. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Is All-on-X Painful?
Most patients report less discomfort than they anticipated. We offer IV sedation to help patients remain comfortable throughout treatment, and detailed post-operative instructions are provided to support a smooth recovery.
How long do implants last?
Dental implants are designed to be a long-term solution for missing teeth. With proper home care and regular professional maintenance, implants can provide many years of function and support.
How do I care for my new teeth?
Caring for your implant-supported restoration is similar to caring for natural teeth. Daily cleaning, regular professional maintenance visits, and routine examinations are important for maintaining the health of your implants and restoration. We will provide you with detailed and specific care instructions at your appointment.
How much do All-on-X dental implants cost?
At Transcend Dental Implants, All-on-X treatment starts at $14,500 per arch.
Following your consultation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan outlining your recommended treatment and investment.
One thing that makes Transcend different is our commitment to transparent, all-inclusive pricing. The fee we provide includes the treatment outlined in your plan, so you won’t encounter unexpected add-on fees for items that many practices charge separately.
We believe patients should have a clear understanding of their investment from the beginning. During your consultation, our team will review all costs, answer your questions, and discuss available financing options.
