The recommended approach was full-mouth rehabilitation with extraction of all remaining teeth and placement of implants to support fixed hybrid restorations on both arches. This “All-on-X” style treatment allowed us to rebuild his bite and smile in a way that was strong, natural-looking, and life-changing.
